Scheduled Jobs

Set up recurring tasks that Julia runs autonomously on a schedule. She can use all her capabilities — email, calendar, sandbox, search, memory — to execute complex workflows at the times you choose.

How It Works

Just tell Julia what you want automated and when. She converts your request into a cron schedule and runs it autonomously at each trigger.

  1. 1Describe what you want done and when (e.g., "every weekday at 9am")
  2. 2Julia creates a scheduled job with the right cron expression
  3. 3At each scheduled time, Julia runs the task autonomously with full tool access
  4. 4Results are sent to you via text or voice message (your choice)

What You Can Automate

Email Summaries

"Every weekday at 9am, summarize my unread work emails."

Weekly Agendas

"Every Monday at 7am, send me a weekly agenda with all my meetings."

Data Monitoring

"Every day at 6pm, check the apartment listings and compare with my criteria."

Memory Maintenance

"Every night at 11pm, optimize and consolidate your memory."

Setting up a recurring job

Julia

Online

Every Friday at 5pm, summarize my week — meetings attended, emails sent, tasks completed — and suggest priorities for next week.

J

Done! I've set up a weekly recap job:

📋 Weekly Recap
• Schedule: Every Friday at 5:00 PM
• What I'll do: Review your calendar, email, and tasks for the week, then suggest priorities for the following week
• Delivery: Text message

First run: this Friday. You can manage this job anytime from the web portal.

Pause / Resume

Temporarily stop and restart a job

Cancel

Stop a job for good — Julia confirms first, and you can restore it for 30 days

Just say "list my scheduled jobs" or "pause the weekly recap" — Julia understands natural language commands for job management.

Key Features

Notification Modes

Choose between text or voice delivery. Voice mode converts Julia's report into an audio message — great for morning briefings or hands-free updates.

Knowledge Store Integration

Jobs can reference your knowledge store data. For example, an apartment search job can load your criteria and previously shown listings, ensuring it only reports new matches.

Limits by Plan

Free

1 active job

runs daily at most

Plus

3 active jobs

every 6 hours at most

Pro

10 active jobs

hourly at most

Executive

30 active jobs

every 15 minutes at most

Ask for a job that runs more often than your plan allows and Julia will stretch it to the nearest allowed schedule rather than refusing — a 9:05 hourly job becomes 9:05 daily on Free.

Good to Know

A job run that messages you counts against your monthly message allowance. A job that runs and stays silent — "tell me only if something changes" — doesn't, though every run counts against a separate monthly cap on job executions. Jobs that fail 3 times in a row are automatically paused and you'll be notified to review them.
